Joe is a native Charlottean who is married to Lisa since 1997 and has two young boys, Miller and Luke. Joe attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte to play baseball and graduated in 1993.  The family also has two pet dachshunds, Lucy and Wilbur.

Despite his long history in the Tar Heel state, Joe is a passionate New York Jets football fan and is slowing morphing both his sons in the same mold.

For enjoyment, Joe likes to play golf, exercise and travel with friends and family.
